Special Collections is now open to all internal and external patrons for in-person research, by appointment. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on certain holidays. We will also continue to provide online assistance whenever possible and recommend virtual consultations prior to an in-person visit to ensure the most relevant material is made available. In order to protect the health of our patrons and staff, we will maintain certain protocols.
- In accordance with University policy, face masks must be worn at all times by unvaccinated individuals.
- We ask that visitors wash their hands prior to entry to protect people and our material.
- Upon arrival researchers will be asked to complete a registration form with their contact information and the date/time of their visit.
- All requested items will be waiting for the patron at a designated place in the reading room. Additional requests may require further appointments, depending on the storage location of the items.
We will welcome in-person classes again beginning in the fall 2021, although virtual sessions are still possible. To schedule an in-person or virtual instruction session, please submit this form.
