Teaching this Winter? Let Course Reserves help!

The Libraries’ Course Reserves department can help make course materials easily accessible to students and manage your required course readings in one, convenient location. Course Reserves staff can do the following:

  • Place physical textbooks on Reserves at Bartle or UDC libraries for short-term use
  • Upload stable links to ebooks, streaming videos, and articles owned by the Libraries
  • Scan textbook chapters to ensure accessibility (subject to copyright restrictions)
  • Digitize eligible books from the Libraries’ collections in full to lend as ebooks through an emerging process called Controlled Digital Lending (CDL).

Submit requests by Friday, December 10 for first-day-of-class availability. Requests received after this date will be processed in the order they are received and may not be available by the first day of classes.

Course Reserves is also accepting requests for the Spring 2022 semester.

Submit requests through the Course Reserves Tool (sign in with PODS login) or email mainresv@binghamton.edu with questions.
