Course reserves are textbooks and other course materials that instructors have asked the Libraries to make easily accessible to students. There are two types of course reserves.

Must wear a mask

Electronic reserves are materials that Reserves staff scan and upload or provide links to ebooks and other content owned by the Libraries. These electronic materials are available by logging directly onto Library Course Reserves or your course in myCourses.
Physical reserves such as books or audiovisual materials will be available at Bartle and University Downtown Center (UDC) libraries at the Reader Services desk. These materials circulate for short loan periods (usually two hours).

UV sterilizer machine

For your safety, we purchased a UV sterilizing machine to sanitize books between uses at Bartle and UDC libraries.
Note: Course Reserves have moved to the Bartle Library from the former Newcomb Reading Room.
