The Binghamton University Libraries are pleased to announce two more transformative (aka read-and-publish/open access) agreements with Brill and Oxford. Starting in 2026, all Binghamton researchers will be able to publish their articles in Brill and Oxford journal titles open access without incurring any additional fees.
