He has conducted internal investigations with regard to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, fraud, and historical reparation issues.<br \/>\nAmong Pell\u2019s achievements are the formulation of a proposal to create a clearinghouse and dispute resolution entity to address claims related to art looted during the Holocaust, which the European Parliament adopted in 2004.<br \/>\nPell has published widely on the subject of Holocaust-looted art and was invited to present a public lecture to the New York State Court of Appeals relating to Holocaust-looted art claims. In June 2009, he was part of the U.S. Delegation to the Holocaust Era Assets Conference held in Prague. The conference concluded with the adoption of the Terezin Declaration, which includes several actions Pell has long advocated.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nThe breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. and Pell\u2019s discussion will begin at 8 a.m.<br \/>\nThere is a $20 fee for each guest payable at the door. Members are also encouraged to bring a prospective member as a guest of the Forum on a \u201cone-time\u201d basis.<br \/>\nThe Binghamton University Forum serves business, professional and community leaders by bringing nationally known authorities to speak at functions throughout the year.
