Jay Walder, president and CEO of the global bike sharing company Motivate and a 1980 graduate of Binghamton University, will speak at the College of Community and Public Affairs Friday, Oct. 16. Lunch will begin at noon at the UDC. Walder’s presentation, “Delivering Innovation for 21st Century Cities: A Journey in the Public and Private Sectors,” will begin at 12:30 p.m. Before joining Motivate, Walder was CEO of the MTR Corporation in Hong Kong and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in New York.
