The final Upstate Early American History Workshop of the semester will feature Scott-King Owen from Ohio State University speaking on “Petitions, Justices of the Peace, and Local Law in Pennsylvania, 1782-1790” at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, in LN-2403. Papers presented at the workshops are pre-circulated and given a formal comment before open discussion.
