Visit Bartle throughout June for LGBT Pride Month

June’s Pop-Up Exhibit celebrates LGBT Pride Month, which was originally created to popupblogjunehonor the 1969 Stonewall Riots in Manhattan. LGBT Pride Month is now celebrated to recognize the impact that lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered individuals have made nationally and internationally.

The exhibit is located at the corner of the Reader Services Desk in Bartle Library.

Discover more about LGBT topics with the Women’s Studies Subject Guide and the Sociology Subject Guide. Or, reach out to Nancy Abashian at (Women and Gender Studies) or Ben Andrus at (Sociology).

Free themed bookmarks are available at the exhibit each month.
