Library Group Study Room Reservations, It’s as Easy as 2x2x2x2…

Two people, two hours, two sessions, two weeks…
The Binghamton University Libraries are pleased to introduce a new service for students, faculty, and staff.  Beginning Spring Semester 2014, you can reserve one of the group study rooms on the 4th floor of the Bartle Library via our online reservation system.  Group study rooms may be reserved by patrons in groups of two or more people, for up to two hours, twice a day.  Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance.

This service is being introduced to maximize opportunities for collaboration, class work, and research among patrons.  Making a reservation is as easy as signing into the reservation system using your PODS username and password, clicking on “bookings,” and scheduling the desired block of time for your group. A confirmation email will be sent to assist you when arriving to claim the room.  Reservations may be shared with other group members via the reservation system as well.
To view the rooms available for reservation, review room reservation policies, or to create a reservation, visit the BU Libraries Online Room Reservation System.
