Stephen David Ross, distinguished professor of philosophy, interpretation and culture, will be the keynote speaker at “The United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights: Appraising the Past, Looking to the Future” conference to be held Saturday, March 28, at Broome Community College’s Titchner Hall.
